I just received this carrier today, I bought a k'tan previous, but got a size too big and felt like my baby wasn't secure enough. This carrier is easy to use. Its soft, and secure. I have a little baby, 2 months and 7lbs, and she fits perfect. I am also on the plus size, size 14 and this fits me and all my fluff! With a lot of extra legnth in the waist strap still! Great product!
